Fischer Car Group Team wins Polo-Am match in Sotogrande: As part of the famous Gold Cup, held annually at the Polo Club Sotogrande, Fischer Car Group under the leadership of Walter Fischer brought an own Pro-Am Team in the elite sport of polo for the first time.
The Fischer Car Group Team, Soto Loco, consisted of three amateurs and one polo pro. The team trained for several weeks to give the polo inexperienced amateurs the best possible preparation for the match at the end of August.
On match-day about 100 VIP guests followed the invitation from the Fischer Team to the wonderful atmosphere of El Rio Polo field in Sotogrande to enjoy a marvelous afternoon with champagne and Argentinean tapas.
The event was crowned with the victory of the Fischer Team, which spurred on by the guests won a close match 5:4. The polo premiere was thus a full success and Vera Fischer then presented the winners trophy to the own team.
