The presentation of the new Mercedes SLS AMG at the Fischer 2 Selected Cars in San Pedro was successful
The premiere of the brand new Mercedes SLS AMG in the Fischer 2 Selected Cars showroom in San Pedro brought a full house. At this cocktail party the customers and good friends of Walter Fischer spend less time flirting with the ladies in the room, but rather took a closer look behind the wheel of the new Mercedes SLS AMG. The showroom was filled with Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, Bentley, Rolls Royce and other dream cars, most of the guests left the presentation later on the evening much happier…
No wonder, because the Special Cars do certainly inspire woman just as well as man. The VIPs, celebrities, car enthusiasts, TV and radio presenters of Marbella were entertained with canapes, summer salad, cocktails, wine and champagne. The highlight during the 3 hours came when Walter Fischer started the new SLS AMG, which attracted even more people to take a seat in the aircraft similar cockpit. And again: Especially the women felt very comfortable and looked perfect in the red leather seats.
SLS AMG with gullwing doors and Formula 1 speed: From zero to 100km/h in 3.8 seconds
With outstanding technology, exclusive leather interior and a look that guarantees people to turn their heads the SLS AMG stands out, like already expected. While the Mercedes mainly scores with its gullwing doors and the elegant red interior design for the woman, the men are clearly more attracted of the technology package and the uncompromising sports car concept: aluminum spaceframe body with gullwing doors, AMG 6.3-litre V8 front-mid-engine, developing 420 kW/ 571 hp peak output, 650 Nm of torque and dry sump lubrication, seven-speed double-declutch transmission in a transaxle configuration, sports suspension with aluminium double wishbones and a kerb weight of 1620 kilograms.

The top speed of 317km/h is electronically limited, other then the passionate sportiness, which is limitless. The race version of the SLS AMG is used in the Formula 1 as Safety car. The long bonnet, low greenhouse, positioned well to the rear and the short rear end with its extendable rear aerofoil stand for dynamism, as do the long wheelbase, the wide track and large 19 and 20-inch wheels.
